Artificial Light

Seraphim at my door

The door I close

The Ivy climbs

Restless

To reach the mountains peak

I could die too soon

Miss you too much

from heavens gate

I might peak out and return to you

Maybe as a butterfly

You’d see my shining wings

Following you in the sky

Floating by

And you’d stop and admire my emerald stripes

Close your eyes and feel my electronic heart

Beating pumps of radium

Testing alchemy with artificial light

I can reach through you

With a thought

I can find you anywhere you roam

My being directs me there

Like two magnets separated miles and miles apart

They cannot resist the will to combine

Predictions

God made me pearl

made me a chaos girl

gifted me wine

and God gave me three signs that made you cry

Now I dance under the branches

and admire the mirrors in water

I question my place among you

always was the unusual one

signals across the planes

psychic powers I denied at 15 of age

I prefer serenity

to predicting our downfall

Timing

The clock is ticking

and he turns around with flashy eyes

and I bow to my Buddha statue

The ocean is filled with a curious storm tonight

and the sky looks like a dream

inside my head are dreams when I fall asleep

I go somewhere else and visit heavens

and visit realms of beauty and chaos

my sword is tall

I feel your hurt

your beautiful senses

are wrapped in a glass mirror

screaming for the sun

so I fetch the sun for you

and beckon the flying songs

to stream echoes in the dark

we will wait for the sun together

holding candles in the dark

The Mourning of souls

The souls who wouldn’t go to the light

Turned into moths wild

wisping in the wind

Earth was regenerating every being

Every cell

Every body

We were evolving

And man it hurt

But it was beautifully done

Scars that fade and dissipate

We were transforming

Into pure sunshine

For we are all plants

With emerald sleeves

Drinking up the night

Let’s leave our dreams at the door

And explore the forest

Theres so much wisdom in the leaves

Air full of secrets

My Moonchild,Gazing Crystal Ball

I looked at her

Her eyes gleaming

Blue were the color of her eyes

But I never knew her

I never really knew her

But I knew her eyes

Whatever they felt and said

I heard

Oh I heard

She said I was beautiful

And I couldn’t say it back

Too hypnotized

She had that sugar and spice

I danced with her upon the basement floor

People floating by

I love dancing with someone you admire

Its so free

I could die in those arms

But I rather be alive in those arms

He had the most handsome face

And the most statuesque frame

Those blue eyes’

Baby blue like the sky

You are pure and wild

Like me

Like me

Lets dance forever

Lets dance together forever

Lets sway

I see your face

in my dreams

your hologram gazing at me

can’t quite touch it

I reach out

you misread the signal

or maybe there was just an accident

or emergency

loves a medicine

I like to sip like tea

softly

and slowly

your gaze a hologram around me

swaying to the beat

you’re dancing around me baby

I am like a fantasy island

for you to explore

and I think you get it

here’s a few golden keys

here’s a few amber keys

I found it in the earth

the earths core

it was a immersive crystal light

and it said

“I’m coming back child.”

“Run wild, my moonchild.”

The Officer and the People

The echo burns! It burns,

Cried the officer

In full metal

A fighter in his own rite,

A man with power

The people laughed and stared

Liking their hands

Lacking the mercy,

People with power

The fire gleamed

Spitting out and saying so many things

Some of them, true

Some of them, false

“I never know what I am getting with you”,cried the witch.

Her locks long,

Eyes, deep emerald and brown

“I don’t give a damn”

She chanted and walked like a cat around the palace

“I am more of a rose and less of a lotus”

The officer yelled “You dirty things. Dirty things”

He was a man of power

The people shouted in unison

The sky came out and sun appeared

The witch emerged out of smoke

“Why don’t both sides sit down and really talk?’

The people glared

The solider thought

The falcon preyed upon another thousand

Or so.

The Forest

The forest fell upon her palms

her body shaking, receiving the power

channeling the unknown

violet sparks spring upon the leaves

find me by the moonlit castle

Cars racing in the sound of blood

mastering demons and heading to the wall

something is trying to bend the willow

to haunt the ivy

our dear tree friends

sigh like the wind

and the wind is their song

Listen close

your eyes shine

when you tell me the truth

tell me your secrets nature

and feel free

the jewel shone upon her palms

the antidote

a good seed

and it left the ground and rose to the moon

and the sun ran with the song of the wind

and mixed the perfect sound

On the Run (to be set to song)

Come on, come on, my baby’s on the run

she’s like delicate skin that’s never been stung

she’s like a fawn

so innocent and good

she does as she should

just in her own way

Come on, come on, my baby’s on the run

she’s swimming with her dreams

and talking to the dead

well she’s like a fire

she holds a quiet desire

that she loosens like a wire

upon me

Hold still my dear

my baby’s on her way

she’s preparing like a monk

upon the judgment day

Be quiet tonight

my baby’s quite alright

God gave her special light

she likes to sing of it

Oh soul, you know

my baby’s young and fresh

fresh like milk

she runs upon the hills

The Angel within her.

She listened to the words sang in darkness, and fought against every word. She felt too much of what she was fighting to fight it completely. She sensed the oceans depths. She could not shake it.

Something was changing but it was stuck. Nothing was moving. Nothing was growing.

At least not to the eye.

She wanted.

She wanted goodness and change so much. The angel inside her cried for peace.

Whats’s a girl to do?

Bless you dark one, says the light

The stars made a path

she whispered her thanks and tried not to look up

to stay grounded in earths magic

to be protected in it’s soft groves

The winter threatened her peace

her sword was left behind

but she still had the fire of her heart

she made a vow to stay good

in the midst of an evil coming

she knew she would be tempted beyond her wildest dreams

she knew she would receive an offer

her soul was violet and bright

her hands were strong

she kept digging

to find their secret

hiding one of her own

she let out a sigh

remembering the heavenly days before she came to earth

the mirrors of the water

and the fey and the woodland creatures by her side

the singing and dancing with the angelic faces

but she was here now

ready to conquer

her purpose would soon be clear

but would she work to discover it?

or wait until the clock was dust again

she had a choice

to have power and darkness

or to surrender to God’s love

Both sides wanted her magic

Her choice was hers alone

but the stranger knew her heart

and his plan was exhausting her

he tempted her by using her greatest weapon to destroy her

he used her infinite love

to have her love-all that he was

how could she not love everything and everyone

when she was made of love itself?

so she loved him

endangering the world’s fate

selfishly desiring him every second

pretending

ignoring the power of her choices

hoping it wasn’t true

being prey

and wanting it too

but also knowing somewhere inside

that this was her move too

that this was part of the divine plan

on the surface it looked like she was giving in

but something beyond consciousness knew

that she was in for the win

that by letting her guard down

she was also investigating her enemy

and working towards finding his plans

so the side of love could rule again.

She looked across at him

his eyes gleaming

and knew one day those eyes

would disappear from her memory

never to be seen again

so she held him tight

and felt all she could in that moment.
